Hello,
Just wondering how one would go about getting the addons for the Soliloquy extension?
Many thanks
DanNovember 14, 2014 at 1:28 pm #145290Hi Dan,
You can purchase them from the Soliloquy team directly. We don’t include any add-ons for Soliloquy – just the main plugin.
November 15, 2014 at 11:52 am #145720They have said that if you have purchased a version that you integrated into your theme extensions (i.e developer license) then you can provide me with the licence number and I can access the addons? if however it is the basic free version then I would have to purchase them….
Cheers

Yes, you will have purchase them. The plugin installable from X extension is just the basic plugin.
Thanks.
December 8, 2014 at 12:58 pm #160616Hello,
I recently visited the Soliloquy site in order to obtain the Advanced Addons. However, they’re not available for purchase separately. Also, the option to purchase from within the WP interface is not visible.
According to the Soliloquy site (http://soliloquywp.com/pricing/), in order to bundle the Soliloqyy plugin with any theme for download, such as X Theme, the use/purchase of the “Master” plan is required. This plan includes free access to all Advanced Addons.
Why is it then not possible for you to provide us access to these Advanced Addon features?… Or at least purchase them separately.
Thanks for your help and clarification.
Best,
ShaunDecember 9, 2014 at 11:01 pm #161592Hi Shaun,
At this point, we don’t have a delivery mechanism for the addons. The license does give us access, but they still require each site to have a soliloquy license key entered in order to download and install their extensions. We’re looking into the best options for this, but regretfully for the time being we’re unable to make them available for everyone. Sorry about this. If you still need them, they can be purchased from the Soliloquy team directly.
December 31, 2014 at 12:56 am #173967Very Disappointing that you are not able to pass this on to your users or that they can not negotiate some sort of deal with, lets call them resellers, of their addon components. They are missing out on sales opportunities. I am in desperate need of the carousel feature and now I have to go and spend $100 to purchase what I already have already in essences, paid for.
Hopefully this can get worked out somehow.
Many thanks,
HoustonDecember 31, 2014 at 10:51 am #174191Hi Houston,
Thanks for your feedback. This may be a possibility in the future, but it’s not on our immediate timeline. For now we’re just referring those who want add-ons back to the Soliloquy team.

AnonymousHi there, is there any news on the Soliloquy addons?
I do agree with the other X Theme customers that it´s quite unfair that the slider plugin is advertised as “included” in the theme, however what is not advertised, that is that there´s basically no functionality / customization, as it is the very basic stripped down version 🙁 no cropping, schedule, thumbnails, carousel, etc.
Hope you guys make something with this,
best regardsJanuary 22, 2015 at 12:08 am #188737Hi There,
The slider is included which is what is advertised, however there was no mention of premium addons in addition to that as that is not what the terms of the Soliloquy license allow. It would be up to them whether they wish to allow this, however we know there are no immediate plans to do so from what they have told us.
As is the most case with plugins that have premium extensions beyond standard features, customers are welcome to use/purchase whatever tools they wish, however the intention of the purpose of the feature within X is to give customers who wish to use the tool a way to do it in an integrated manner (and at no cost to them). Then if you decide you wish to go more in depth with advanced, premium features you have the option to do so.
August 12, 2015 at 10:58 am #357215Mid-August now, any developments with making the addons available?
ThanksAugust 12, 2015 at 12:29 pm #357296Hi @mlee,
You can install Soliloquy extension under X-Addons > Extensions > Soliloquy:
Hope it helps.
October 12, 2015 at 8:46 am #621548I have purchased the developer license for Soliloquy. How do I get the X Themes Addon menu to show up in the side bar menu in the dashboard for my sub-sites? It shows up for the top-level website, but not for the other ones.
October 12, 2015 at 8:58 am #621571Nevermind, I forgot to activate the X Theme in my sub-site install.
October 12, 2015 at 9:52 am #621660Glad to hear you’ve figured it out! 🙂 Have a good day!
