    I have a page with a bunch of pictures using Essential grid(EG). I added the “Share” shortcode in the EG Item skin, but the share buttons only allows to share the page and not the picture is selected.

    Plus when you click on the facebook share button for exemple, the shortcode integrate the selected picture on the facebook popup window.

    There is anyway to fix this and make possible to share the selected image properly?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing back. It seems working as expected and it’s usual that it will share the URL. There is simply no way to share any image without the page URL because the images doesn’t have any absolute URL as they are lightbox image. So it’s working usual I can see.

    So theres is no any easy way to get the URL image that the user is hovering to share it ?

    Thanks for writing back. Unfortunately it’s won’t be possible without custom development. At least not possible with Essential Grid.
