Adwin LParticipantHello It seems like the social Icons are not working on our site
WE have the correct links in Customize, but the links keep going back to the homepage for some reason

John EzraMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your site, when you hover over the links all point to the homepage. Something is definitely conflicting somewhere. We need to narrow down the possibilities of the cause.
First please test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, to see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If this doesn’t identify the cause. It may be good to check with your hosting provider to check on their end. When links get rerouted to your homepage, it’s possible something is wrong somewhere on the server, maybe a cache that hasn’t been cleared on the server side. (Also, try clearing any caching plugins you may be using on your site).
Please do the above and let us know how it goes – thanks!

Adwin LParticipantHello We did what you have asked but it didnt’ seem to work
While investigating though, I think I might have stumbled upon the problem
It looks like there is a layer that is covering most of the header
Would you know how to get rid of that?
If so could you provide instructions?
Thanks!

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating. It seems you have added the below code to your Custom CSS that’s causing the issue :
.x-topbar { z-index: -1; }Kindly remove this to get expected result. When you add any custom code to your site, make sure you know what you are doing to avoid potential conflicts. If you need spacing then add margin top to the navbar.
Hope this makes sense.
Cheers!
