Nevermind. Had to refresh the page. I would still like to know about the size thing though.

Okay, I added in the exact same code, with Facebook, and it’s still not working for me. The code you entered was fine, but when I try to enter that exact same code in another menu item, it doesn’t work.

It seems that after I save and publish, the codes disappear. I tried another browser just to see if that was the cause, but the codes in the label just disappear after I click “save and publish”

    Hi There,

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If itโ€™s fixed, youโ€™ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes!

I tried that and it didn’t work. It wouldn’t make sense anyway since you were able to add the code. Any other ideas?

    Hi There,

Could you please tell me what code you added to the navigation label?

    Does it look like this:

    <i class="x-icon x-icon-trophy" data-x-icon="๏‚‘"></i>

    Thanks.

Yes, exactly like that except instead of “trophy”, it was “home”. Also, I just discovered I am not able to add ANY new menu items. I deleted one by accident “ORDER THE BOOK”, but when I tried to re-add it, it doesn’t show up.

Sorry this is such a hassle. I managed to get the menu item back in place, but still can’t get the social icons to appear.

I finally figured out that I can’t do it in the customizer, but I’m able to do it in the old menu editor.

However, I can’t seem to get the codes right for the icons I want. I’m trying to get a Facebook, Twitter, G+, and YouTube icon in my menu bar.

    Hi there,

You can use this http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/cheatsheet/ for icon code reference.

    For example,

    <i class="x-icon x-icon-facebook-square" data-x-icon="&#xf082;"></i>

    Cheers!

    Hello there!
I don’t know if I’ve done something wrong but I pasted this code:
    <i class=”x-icon-home” data-x-icon=”facebook”></i>
in the menu and all I get is the word Facebook, not the icon.

You can see it here: upper-street-madrid.com

    Many thanks
