Any thoughts on how to create a small floating hamburger menu icon (top left, on all devices)?
I would want to replace the masthead with just a small hamburger menu.
But apparently, the hamburger menu still occupies the full width, and the site’s title is still showing.

Is the page template – with Header – still appropriate for this?
