JoaoModeratorHi There,
Please take a look at http://theme.co/x/member/kb/performance/ to learn how to speed up your site.
Another tip is to be sure you are not using too big images, you can also run your images trough this site before uploading them: http://www.tinypng.com and it will make your images even lighter.
Let us know if you need further help.

SPACECOWB0YParticipantI can’t use wp3 total cache as it is restricted by the managed wordpress hosting with Godaddy. Any recommendations?

SPACECOWB0YParticipantHere are the problems I am having apparently. Everything else is scoring in the 90’s.

ChristianModeratorWe’re sorry but in that case, you will need to seek help from an expert website optimizer. X and Cornerstone was built with performance in mind but it couldn’t help with the overall performance of your website since other factors such as server settings, extra plugins, content and more needs to be taken into account.
Thank you for understanding.

SPACECOWB0YParticipantHey Christian,
This is an issue with Essential Grid. With it activated page load time is between 50 seconds to 96 seconds. With it deactivated it is less than 2 seconds everytime. Can you help me since it is a plugin bundled with X?

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating. We bundle the unmodified version of Essential Grid. We bundle useful plugins to add value for our customer so that they don’t need to buy extra licenses to use them with X. But if you think the bundled plugin is causing slower performance for your site or not just suitable for you, kindly avoid this and try another one in your choice.
As stated on the plugin page “Any questions concerning the usage of a Essential Grid feature should be directed to the online documentation referenced in the “Documentation” section above.”
We really can’t control any feature or functionality of the integrated 3rd party plugins but we can surely let them know that it’s causing this performance issue.
Hope this makes sense.
Cheers!

SPACECOWB0YParticipantOk, I will try to find another plugin that works then. Thanks for letting me know, and please let them know. I would like to use their plugin some time in the future.
