    I’m using X 4.2.2 and Integrity.

    I have a test video on my home page. When using Windows 10 it only plays when using the Microsoft Edge browser. Nothing appears when using Chrome or Firefox.

    I also get a problem with Inegrity 1 Demo (http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/). I just get a static image when using Chrome or Firefox. It’s ok with Edge.

    I’m running on a DELL Laptop, but it does have a touch screen.

    Hey there,

    Background Video is disabled in Chrome and Firefox in touch enabled devices. Regretfully, this doesn’t have a solution yet. Please stay tuned for updates. If you have important information in your video, we recommend that you do not use it as a background.
