    Hello team,

    unfortunately I have to report that the video I would like to show with Slider Revolution is not working in Safari. I tested it in different browsers and operation systems.
    It works fine in Firefox and Chrome on Win and iOs. But not in Safari, eighter on Win or iOs.

    I use the latest version of WordPress, X Theme and all plugins are up to date to.

    Please let me know how to fix this issue. The URL is http://www.kickfabrik.com

    HI There,

    Revslider 5.3.0.2 is now out on automatic updates.

    We’ve done extensive testing on this and it works great for me across all major browsers.

    This appears to fix every issue we’ve seen reported so far.

    Hope it helps

    Hey Joao,

    thank you for your quick response and support.

    Unfortunately I can’t confirm that the problem is solved. I made the update for Slider Revolution plugin and tested the website on several devices (with Safari) and the video is still not playing.

    Do you have any idea? Is there anything in the plugin or something I have to change?

    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    Our latest versions are:
    X Theme: 4.6.4
    Cornerstone: 1.3.3

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for providing the credentials. It seems like the .mp4 version of your video is not recognizable by Safari browser somehow. Can you please try any video converter software to re-convert in .mp4 format and see if this resolves the issue?

    Hi There,

    It is just possible to play videos with video players not as a background video.

    There is no planning regarding that due to cost of mobile data in many countries around the world.
