Hi,
when going through my images on my website on a mobile or tablet (screen touch device) and sliding trough the screen to go from one image to another, I find it not very responsive and very slow..
Could you please go to my website on a screen touch device and tell me that you think and if it could be faster?
Many thanks,

March 3, 2017 at 8:54 pm #1394046Hi there,
Would you mind providing some details on how we could reproduce the issue? Does it happen on home page?
And your site has javascript error, still not sure if it’s from plugin or custom code. Please provide your admin login credentials in private reply for further checking.
Thanks!

The javascript error is caused by WordPress Protection Pro plugin. I went ahead and disabled it, please check. It maybe also interfering with touch events.
I checked on mobile but I don’t see any arrow, how did you test it?
Thanks!
March 6, 2017 at 4:24 am #1395965Thank you very much! But I don’t see any changes.. I just would like the slider to almost follow your finger as you swipe through the screen to go to the next image..
Would this be possible?
I have made the arrows visible only when looking at the website on desktop.
And regarding WordPress protection pro, is there something I can or need to do if I want to use it again?
Thank you very much for your help!
March 6, 2017 at 5:00 am #1396008That is technically possible but would require custom development which is outside the scope of our support.
Regarding the plugin conflict, please contact the conflicting plugin’s developer to let them know of the issue.
Thanks.
