Kade McConvilleParticipantSorry, last issue before slider is complete…
I have given text element a ‘classes’ “log-in-slider”. I have set this to work with Convert Plug to manually popup when clicked. It works on mobile just fine…
But not on desktop. Wondering if it’s a z-index issue?

RupokMemberHey there,
Thanks for writing back! Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself. If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries.
Thank you for your understanding.

Kade McConvilleParticipantHi there,
This isn’t really a customisation request as such? I’m just not getting the modal pop up on desktop? On mobile it works fine.
Cheers!

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s the same on my desktop and mobile. It’s not working, maybe the reason is the loading order.
Revslider has its own loading order with its scripts and elements. Mostly slide and layers are loaded later than its libraries, then ConvertPlug is loaded before the Revslider finish loading itself. And because of that, maybe the ConvertPlug can’t find the class name you added.
Have you tried it on the buttons outside the Revslider? If yes, you can keep it and just hide it. Then use proxy button on your slider that will call the hidden button’s click event. eg.
jQuery('.button_class').trigger('click');I like to check it too but login credentials are outdated/not working.
Thanks!

Kade McConvilleParticipantHi Rad,
That’s strange – it works on my mobile :/
I see, I will test with other buttons now to see 🙂
The credentials do work still – just checked. Maybe need to try twice?
Cheers!

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing back!
The above login credentials doesn’t seem to be working. Kindly provide us with a working Username and Password to check the issue.
Thanks for understanding!

JoaoModeratorHi Kade,
Are you referring to the Slider on the home page with stars on the background and your logo in front?
It seems to work fine on Chrome PC and Android Firefox on my end.
Are you still facing any issues? Did you try to clear your browser cache and test it again?
Thanks

Kade McConvilleParticipantI am indeed – it is the ‘login/signup’ on the menu of that slider :/

ChristianModeratorThere looks like a script conflict. Please deactivate all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.
