Hello,
I have already contacted ThemePunch regarding this problem and they are not willing to help because I did not purchase the plugin from them.
I am not able to change the arguments in the Vimeo embed. I’ve tried creating a brand new Vimeo layer and changing it then but it is no use. Nothing changed will stick.
I’ve been attempting to add a “player_id” argument.
This is not an issue with the Youtube player. However, I need to use Vimeo as the website’s video player.
If possible I’d prefer to get this problem solved without disclosing the website’s information.
Thanks,
November 26, 2015 at 11:32 am #680378Hi There,
Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself. If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries.
Thank you so much for your understanding.
November 26, 2015 at 1:01 pm #680449Maybe I should rephrase,
I’m not trying to do any coding. In the Revolution slider, in the “Add Video Layout” for Vimeo there are several tabs: Source, Sizing, Settings, Visibility and Arguments.
When I try to edit the Arguments tab, nothing gets saved. I do the changes, press on Update Video and when I check the tab again, it reverts.
Thanks

November 26, 2015 at 4:37 pm #680594Hi there,
Thanks for clarification. Though, to be able to check your issue, we need to directly access your site. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply?
Rev. Slider is not a plugin we develop and I can’t promise a fix if this happens to be a bug on their plugin. All we could do is forward this issue.
Thanks!

Yes, I can confirm that on my installation too. I just thought it’s intended feature for vimeo arguments, but I checked their documentation and should be editable and save should work.
But I’m not able to provide any solution for this, I’ll just forward this.
Thanks for understanding!

Thanks for updating the thread!
We update our plugins bundled version in the theme releases. But it is not every time, because we take time to test for X compatibility.
Thanks!
