June 7, 2016 at 4:00 am #1029565I think most of people have my same problem. When you install WordPress, de max post size is 8M, and revslider.zip needs 8,324M so that you can’t install it. If you change this limit you can install it without problems from back office. 😀
If you download from Revolution web an slider to import it, you are going to have the same problem.
You need change max post size.

Thanks for updating this thread! The error usually occur if you have unassign the the license code to your site. To resolve this, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and reassign the license to your url that you are working on.
2] Go back to X Addons > Extensions again, and re install the pluginAnd please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
And by the way, X 4.5.2 is now available in automatic updates! This release contains hotfix for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
