    Hi,

    I am working on a site for a client who received their X Theme license from their previous web designer.

    I have had trouble validating the Theme, although I was finally able to find success with that, BUT I still have not been able to update the Slider Revolution Plugin (or X – Custom 404 either, but that’s less of an issue).

    I have tried to find the revslider.zip folder in the X Theme download, but haven’t been able to locate it/maybe it isn’t actually in there anymore?

    Do you have any advice on how to make this update happen?

    For what its worth, the slider still basically works, but I’m afraid we are nearing the end of the window where an outdated plugin can still function well with current Theme and Builder versions.

    Hello There,

    If you face installing or updating plugins then you can always install/update it manually.
    The plugins are included with your download of X. They are located in extensions folder if you download full package.

    Hope you will be able to install it from there.

    If you face directory exist issue, then let’s remove the plugin directory from wp-content/plugins/plugin_name by accessing with FTP.
