    Hi Clement.

The slider is not displaying because its deactivated.

Sub menus are working fine from here.

Have you tried on other computers?

    Thanks

I deactivated my sliders because they are not working and I can’t find a way to make it work since I updated the theme..

You say the sub menu works for you, is it the drop down menus when clicking on information or blog on my homepage
    ?

I tried on my GF’s computer and the same thing happens..

    Hi Clement,

I’ve checked your site again, and the drop downs are working fine. They expand on hover (not click) which is the intended theme functionality.

I did notice an error where one of your images isn’t being served properly from Cloudfront. One possible explanation is that your CDN is serving different files to different users. The versions could get out of sync if improperly configured. I’d recommend that you clear your caching plugin, and disable it during development. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site, because of their tendency to cause false negatives.

    Take care!

    Sorted!! finally!

I have deactivated my cache plugin (W3 total cache) and everything is working find again..
So I found the source of the problem.

Would you have any tips on what to do next?

    Hi Clement,

Glad to hear that you found the source of the problem! Working directly with caching plugins, and server configuration is a bit outside the scope of support we can offer. However, we did put together a guide on some W3TC best practices for X that you can find here: http://theme.co/x/member/kb/performance/

You may want to try adding some of the javascript files to be excluded during the minification process. You can do this by adding these to the “Never minify” settings of W3TC.

    http://www.clementlauchardphotography.com/wp-content/plugins/revslider/rs-plugin/js/jquery.themepunch.tools.min.js
    http://www.clementlauchardphotography.com/wp-content/plugins/revslider/rs-plugin/js/jquery.themepunch.revolution.min.js

If this doesn’t help, you can always turn off minification entirely. The CSS and javascript files from X are already minified for you.

Thank you very much for everything!

I haven’t managed to fixe the issue with W3TC so downloaded WP super cache instead and it seems to be doing the job..

    Many Thank again!

    Hi,

I could not login using the login credentials you have given.

Looking at your site you have a javascript error that is preventing the slider to work.

    Thanks
