Hi there!
Have a slider revolution on this page:
http://oneheartchurch.se/It has worked for over a year, but last days it stopped showing on Safari on Mac and iPhone. I have purged the cache on W3 and updated everything.
I checked the slider revolution settings page, and on Chrome, it looks just great, but on Safari I see some issues. The background picture does not show on Safari in the Revolution Slider settings. It only shows a transparent background. In fact, in the media library the picture shows as supposed in Chrome, but in Safari, I just get this square with a ‘?’ in it. Why is this?
February 14, 2017 at 10:01 am #1370583update: I noticed that the background picture had Swedish letters in it, namely ‘Å’. I changed that, and now it works. It’s fairly odd though, that this error occurred now.

Thanks for writing in! Yes Safari can’t show the images if it has such symbol and we have seen the issue a lot. It’s not related to X or Revolution Slider but happens on Safari.
Glad that you figured it out already and all set now.
Cheers!
