    Hi,

    I’m having problem adding links layer onto my slide. It doesn’t work, I’ve updated my wp, slide- revolutions and theme but it still doesn’t work.

    Kindly assist how I could resolve the problem.

    Below is my testing page http://www.scubazoo.tv/test-slider/
    The watch preview button suppose to link to the video page but it has no response at all.

    Hope someone can help me with this.

    Hello Karen,

    Thanks for updating in! It looks like that you haven’t added a link. When I checked the page source, I am seeing this:
    http://prntscr.com/entxq9

    Please make sure you added the link and also make sure that the z index or the layer of the link is on top of all other elements so that you link would be clickable.

    If nothing else works, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look?
    To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
    – Link to your site

    – WordPress Admin username / password (only if necessary)

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi There,

    The link works. It just that we can’t access the link because there’s an image overlaying on your layer. There’s something on top. Please try to delete it from Static/Global Layers. See this:http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbet6a6J7x

    Thank you very much.

    After deleted the layer of gradient in static/Global Layer, and change the Click to mouse enter and set a tag link, all works now.
