    Can the version of Slider Revolution packaged with X be registered? I want to access support and add-ons.

    Reading your FAQ I think I know the answer so let me ask the question differently. Is there a way for me to pay the extra $19 and register Slider Revolution so I can get access to all the additional features of the licensed version like templates and pre-built components, without messing up how it integrates with X Theme? Maybe by not upgrading the plugin itself beyond the version being used in X Theme?

    Thanks for writing in! In that case, just purchase a separate license from CodeCanyon and validate your copy of Revolution Slider.

    I was checking because you have a warning against doing this in your documentation, something about incorrect versions? So that’s not a problem any more?

    Hi there,

    The recommended version is the version that we have released and support since it has been tested with the theme. You may use the Revolution Slider as a standalone plugin that is the latest version in the vendor side but since it isn’t a tested version yet, we cannot guarantee its compatibility.
