The site I am working on was originally built with a non-activated X-Theme package. I worked with our purchasing department to get a license then went through the steps to activate and validate X-Theme.
When I went to the X-theme interface, it said that Slider Revolution was not activated. Also the Slider Revolution interface told me it wasn’t activated and need a key.
So, I deactivated and deleted Slider Revolution. Then, I went into the plugin interface and installed Slider revolution. The X-Theme plugin page said it is installed and activated. When I go to Slider Revolution interface, it tells me that it is not activated and requires an activation key. I then entered in the purchase code for X-Theme and it tells me the purchase code is invalid.
Help!!!

Sorry for the confusion, but you don’t need to activate your rev. slider. It’s a bundled plugin of X theme, and we’re the one that provides its update.
Bundled plugins are free to use, if you wish to activate it to get support and updates directly from their respective authors, then you should buy another license from them.
X theme license is for the theme only, we only provide the fully functional plugins that can be used for free.
