    I set Slider Revolution as an alternative media for a single item in my grid.
    But it is not showing it and it is showing the default media which is a Youtube video.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! It is an alternative source which means that it will only display if there is no primary media such as a featured image or a video.

    Hope this explains it.

    I set the slider revolution priority in media source in grid setting at highest. Isn’t the grid supposed to refer to that list from the top?
    Anyhow I went ahead and removed the feature image and the video from that article and it still did not show the slide show.

    This must be a bug in the plugin and it is way beyond our control. Please be advised that our support will mostly covers getting setup, theme features, and theme bug fixes. We will just report this to the creators of the essential grid plugin.
