    Hi guys, i am new to wordpress and trying to build by first website via x theme. I am facing an issue with slider revolution, once i activate it, it creates a blank space above my header and goes away is deactivation of slider revolution.
    inspecting the page for the problem gives me “js no-touchevents cssanimations csspointerevents csstransforms supports csstransforms3d preserve3d csstransitions”.

    FYI,
    i have multisite option on in wordpress.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    It’s random on my end, and most of it returns 503 Service unavailable. The scripts aren’t complete loaded either.

    Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well? For the meantime, please add these lines at wp-config.php just under the WP_DEBUG line.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

    Still no luck, I can’t find the reason why rev. slider is affecting cornerstone. And it’s only happening on your setup. Would you mind installing a fresh WordPress in a subfolder and test it there? Let’s see if it’s related to existing settings.

    Thanks!
