Hi, I’m trying to install the Slider Revolution plugin but it doesn’t seem to be working. On the X Addons page, I install the Slider Revolution plugin from “Extensions”, and it indicates that it has been installed correctly by providing a green checkmark however, when I go into my installed plugins to activate it, the plugin doesn’t show up. I’ll provide images to demonstrate what I’m talking about.

I’ve also tried to transfer the revslider file through FileZilla but in that case, it installs a previous version of Slider Revolution and when I try to update it, I receive an error.

Please help me figure out what I am doing wrong.

When I try to update Slider Revolution after installing it through FileZilla, I get the following error: “Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

Thanks for the credentials.

Try deactivating all other plugins and activate the X theme then activate the revolution slider manually.

Or you can try adding Slider Revolution Plugin Manually to your X-theme via FTP.

Go to : wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins
