Hello there,

I have been trying to use Slider revolution, and it didn’t come with any icons. Whenever I try uploading a zip of icons from icomoon, it won’t work. It just shows that loading bar on the side and never actually uploads. I can really use some help. I tried everything from reinstalling WP, to reinstalling the x theme, to reinstalling the plugin, to deactivating all my other plugins, and still, nothing. Also, I want to disable my navbar on all pages besides my front page and just use the slider revolution navbar. This includes mobile as well. I would really appreciate some help.

Hi there,

Are you referring to SuperFly menu right? Because Revslider doesn’t have “upload icon” functionality. Iconmoon is only related to SuperFly.

I disabled some of your caching for testing, but I still see the error related to HTTPS. Would it be okay if we switch it to HTTP for testing? I just like to confirm if those errors are related to this issue. Please backup your site first.

Yes, my apologies, my mistake. I am indeed referring to superfly menu. And it is okay to switch to http for testing. I also give permission to do whatever it is you would like to, to my site, in order to get the problem resolved. No need to ask for my permission for anything. I give my full permission to do whatever needs to be done 🙂

Hi there,

In that case, please clone your site in a sub-folder as staging. There, I could investigate the issue while theme and other plugins are inactive. I couldn’t tell which causing the issue yet, and I can’t just disable your theme and plugins while your site is live. Troubleshooting may break it and should be done on staging.
