Hi,
When I export a Slider Revolution slideshow, the zip file contains slider_export.txt and static-captions.css but none of the images. Can you help?
Site: http://www.continuummovementarts.org
Wordpress: 4.6
X theme: 4.6.1
Cornerstone: 1.3.0
Slider Revolution: Version 5.2.6Thanks.
August 21, 2016 at 4:03 pm #1140620Another note on this: I successfully exported one slider with images, but a couple of others aren’t exporting with the images. Could this have to do with the number of images or the size of the export folder?
August 21, 2016 at 8:04 pm #1140831Hello There,
Thanks for writing in! As long as it is exported correctly, it can be imported to another site easily. Please make sure that you have the update plugin version. The images sizes will not matter. It should be exported and be placed in an images folder inside the zip file. For further details about import/export of the slider, please check it out here:

August 22, 2016 at 6:30 am #1141317Thanks for the reply. I am using the latest version of Slider Revolution (5.2.6). Just to clarify the problem: I have several sliders on my site, and when I export them, the zip file does not contain the images folder. But this does not happen for all the sliders. In one case, the slider exported with the image folder and I was able to import it to another site without a problem. I believe I am exporting correctly (following the directions on the page you sent) because the export function did work correctly for one of the sliders. I can’t figure out why the export would work correctly for some sliders but not others.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– Slides that you are not being able to export
– Slider that you have successfully exported.
Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff. Thanks
Joao

Thanks for writing back. I have checked and this is really weird as it’s working for some and not for others. I think there is an issue with the image size since the slider “Emile” has too low resolution image that might being ignored during export. It seems another user faced this issue earlier – https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/rev-slider-images-missing/#post-149314
To confirm the issue; you can replace the smaller image (http://www.continuummovementarts.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/Em-5-Emilie_Conrad_Moving-300×186.jpg) with a larger image and check again. Note that Revolution Slider is not our plugin rather a third party plugin that we bundle for your convenience; so we can’t dig much if there any critical or weird issue but definitely we can send the feedback on behalf of you.
Cheers!
