Hi,

Revolution slider has completely disappeared from my site for unknown reasons, along with the plugin no longer being in the installed panel. I’ve tried to reinstall via the add-ons screen but nothing happens. I have not made any changes or updates.

The site had a password to access which I will supply in a private message once we have correspondence. I’m using all the latest versions of WordPress, x theme and cornerstone. Thank you.

Hi Sy,

When I tried, I get this error:
Destination folder already exists.
Please try to log in on your hosting, then go to this folder \wp-content\plugins\. Remove the folder of revslider and then try to install it again via addons. Do let us know how this goes.

Excellent. I removed the files from my server, reinstalled and everything is now working! Any idea what may have caused this?

Might be corrupted files caused by incomplete install or updates.
