GrazekeParticipantThe buttons that I am using in my slider are not showing their border after they have finished their animation. Only after hovering over the button does the border appear.

GrazekeParticipantNever-mind, apparently it just needed about an hour to fix itself.

GrazekeParticipantOk, for whatever reason the issue is back. Is there a known fix to this? The borders for the buttons and sometimes the icons will not appear.

RadModeratorHi there,
Would you mind providing the site’s URL that has this issue? I’ll check it first 🙂

LelyModeratorHi There,
Unfortunately, I can’t duplicate the issue. Find your computer button border is visible as always. Even after reloading the page. See this:http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbei1v6UJH

GrazekeParticipantOk, for now I’ll keep experimenting with it and see what else I can find about it. Thanks for the help.
After a few quick trials I was able to replicate the problem on my phone when I turned it to the side. Would you be able to try this on your phone to see if you can replicated the issue there?
As a side note, being logged-in in WordPress may or may not duplicate the problem also (not sure at this point).
At the current moment the problem seems to be isolated to Chrome and Safari.

GrazekeParticipantNow that I have tried the https://www.themepunch.com/faq/troubleshooting-tips-for-5-0/ tips that were suggested nothing has changed. From what I can tell it appears to be an issue with the slider itself, but I cannot tell where the issue is. Any suggestions?

RadModeratorHi there,
I can’t reproduce this issue on my browsers. Would you mind providing what OS and browser version you’re testing it with? Maybe your device doesn’t support blur effect?
Thanks!
March 10, 2017 at 2:39 pm #1402297
GrazekeParticipantI’ve been able to get the issue to appear when on iPhone 6s with all of the latest software updates. However, only when holding the phone sideways does the problem appear.
Then Chrome v56.0.2924.87 & v57.0.2987.98 on Windows 10 has the same issue.
Though it might be a separate issue, every now and again if the page is moved before the slider has a chance to begin it will sometimes not load the slider at all.

RadModeratorHi there,
Ah thanks, Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply? I like to see if there are filters that I can disable for testing.
Thanks!
