Hi there,

I’m no table to use Slider Revolution, every button when I try to delete a layer element, or to save one slide seems not working. I clicked many times the same button without any change.

At first I thought this issue had something to do with my older version of X, But I recently updated X to the last version 4.4.2 and Slider Revolution still not working any button seems to respond.

​Yes, I was extremely happy to purchase the X theme with all the included plugins, which included slider revolution. I have spent literally 9 hours, looking at videos, forums, FAQS, etc, to no avail, to register the purchase code.It keeps telling me that “invalid purchase code”. Yet, there is also in small print that I can still use the plugin with no problem, I won’t have access to the updates, but even I don’t have access to anything at all. I am so bummed out, and my head is spinning. Please help me as I have a valid purchase code, of which is promised that the slider revolution would work, once the purchase code is authenticated, of which I am having a very hard time, trying to figure out what else to do?

Thanks for updating this thread! You do not need to validate Slider Revolution plugin. In fact, doing so is discouraged in order to prevent any potential conflicts when updating, as previously mentioned. If you happen see a notification in your WordPress admin panel asking you to register Revolution Slider upon activation, simply dismiss this notice.

Thanks, however I am still getting an error stating that I HAVE to validate the code, or it won’t let me use the plugin, this is so confusing 🙁

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
