    hi i created a slider called Glowto Heading but the slider wont slide when i view it on my website.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    The credentials you shared is incorrect. Please check it again so we could fully check your setup. Meanwhile please check for plugin conflict and version compatibilities.

    Latest compatible version can be seen here: https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/

    To test for plugin conflit, you can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating in! I have checked your slider and it seems that you may have set it to loop in the first slide. You can always find this setting in the Slider Settings. I also made some changes and added an arrow navigation so that you can view the next and previous slides.

    Please check your site now.

    thats perfect thank you. i also wondered each slide, how would i change the speed settings for like 3 seconds on each slide before they transition over. At the moment the first slide doesn’t move over and and the last two slides are really quick.

    Hi there,

    Please set Default slide duration under slider’s settings /general settings/default.

    hi ive tried to ammend this but still no luck. the first slide still doesnt automatically move to the next slide and the next slides still change quick after ive changed the speed setting to 5000ms.

    Hi there,

    Pleas disable Loop video option under Source setting tab, clear cache and check again.

    thank you that worked brilliantly. one more thing i wanted to ask. On my page called ‘presets page’ its showing my sidebar from the shop on it and wondered how i could remove it from that page only s its only for the shop ?
