    I’ve triple checked that all of the relevant settings that would enable that are DISABLED! But yet they still disappear.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for posting in.

    Have you checked your layer’s visibility? It has an option that can hide it from mobile. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply?

    Hi there,

    I checked on multiple devices and the slider is still there under 767px. Perhaps, it’s related to cache? Please clear the caches.
