    no slides found, please add at least one slide template to the chosen language.

    I’m having a little problem with one slider of my website.
    It used to work, but i think it broke when I was trying to translate some stuff on my website. (Unsucessfully)

    Could you please help me with any ideas on how to solve it?

    My website is emiliaalvares.com. You can check the slider with this problem if you go a little down on the webpage.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! I can see memory error on your site, so can’t check. You can try connecting to your root WordPress directory via FTP and open the file wp-config.php and add following at the bottom:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    Note that if your host limit the memory on server then it might not work. In that case ask your hosting provider to increase PHP memory limit.

    You can find more information on http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers!

    Hi there.

    I have been out and didn’t check out the last reply untill soon.
    But for my surprise, when I tried to login into my wordpress I received some weird Error messages. (First Screenshot Capturar.JPG)

    And when I hit the Login button, I get these other errors. (Capturar2.JPG)

    The problem is that I’ve never changed any of these mentioned files.

    What can I do to solve this?

    Hi there,

    I can see memory issue there – http://prntscr.com/cw3ctc

    Note that if your host limit the memory on server then increasing through config file might not work. In that case ask your hosting provider to increase PHP memory limit.

    You can find more information on http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP.

    Also revert any changes made on your config file.

    Thanks!

    Hi there!

    Thanks for pointing that out, I’m opening a chat with godaddy to increase my PHP memory limit.
    Hope that works for that issue.

    Could you now please help me with the other Errors I submited yesterday? Or you think those will also be solved as I increase my PHP memory limit?

    I haven’t done much changes on the config file other than increasing the PHP memory limit on it.

    Thanks!

    I’ve just increased the PHP memory limit with the help from the folks at GoDaddy!

    Now I would really appreciate if you guys could help me with these two problems:
    1. the errors mentioned in the message #1221262. (I also receive some erros like these when navigating from the home to the blog page, or if i’m in the blog page and click on some of the links in the header menu.)
    2. The main problem mentioned in this post. I’m receiving this error message: “no slides found, please add at least one slide template to the chosen language.” This happens on the second slider on my page. It’s down there, near the blog section.

    Please, give me a hand at this!!

    Hi there,

    Looks like due to Godaddy cache, the warning that prevents logging in is now gone. But, the admin login credentials are incorrect. Please check and let me know.

    I checked your templates through FTP and should be no problem, that slider issue might be related to cache too. Unfortunately, transient cleaners are not allowed by Godaddy.

    Thanks!
