The pages where i have a slider installed are not sliding to the next image. The first image is only displaying and not sliding. Is there an additional update that I need to install?

Can you give us access to your WordPress admin so we could see your slider setup?
Thanks.

Your revolution slider is not updated to the latest version. Please ensure all the recommended plugins of X is updated to its latest.
Thanks!
May 22, 2014 at 8:44 am #47343I updated revolutionary slider and the x slide is still not working. Additionally, the plugin update changed settings on all of the revolutionary sliders. There are more than 40 of them on the site. The front page rev slider is missing an element/black image when you view it, even though it is located in the revolutionary slider’s back end.

The other issue is that the update added navigation icons to all of the slides. Is there a way to disable the navigation icons on all of the slides without going to each slide one by one?

And there is still the other issue of the theme x slider not working on the pages.

I just checked, and you’re still using X shortcode 2.0.7. You should upgrade it into 2.2.2
After upgrading, you must remove /wp-content/plugins/x-shortcode/setup.php file if available. This file comes from old version and will cause fatal error for newser version.
Let us know.
May 24, 2014 at 11:50 am #48062That did the trick. Thanks. Is there a way to turn off navigation arrows and icons on all of the revolutionary sliders? I had them off before and once I updated the plugin they have appeared again. There are over 40 revolutionary sliders on the site. It would nice to have to update each one every time the plugin is updated. Thanks again for th3 support!
May 25, 2014 at 8:30 am #48250Hey Nick,
Please try saving your slides again if that returns to normal. But, upon checking your site, I see no navigation arrows.
You can give us the page where it appears and we can hide that through CSS.Thanks.
