My Slider Revolution file is displaying properly on Desktop and Laptops, but not on mobile devices. I am using an HTML5 Video. It simply shows the cover image and a small blurred circle in the middle of the frame. The slider is placed on the page via the page formatting widgets in the Pages admin, not via Cornerstone. I have looked at all the “Disable Mobile” options I can find, still no luck. I have also tried using a YouTube video instead of HTML5 – no success.
Additionally, fonts {Impact, Charcoal, sans-serif} are not loading on mobile (at least not iOS.) Do I need to manually override the font-face CSS code?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the credential. By default slider is not showing in some of the mobile devices. Please try your slider Settings > Layout and design > mobile to adjust the slider when it will be shown or not in mobile or destop.
Please share us the device you used so we could replicate it in a similar phone.
Hope it helps.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
August 17, 2016 at 11:35 am #1135403I’m not sure I understand your note. As you can see from my screen shot, I do not have the slider disabled on mobile or any “Device Under Width” setting. Is this the correct Settings module?
I am currently trying working with a physical iPhone 6 and iPad on iOS9, but I can also see that the device simulator in the Chrome inspect panel shows that all mobile devices are not loading the slideshow.
Thanks for your follow up.

I could see that you are having a problem the same with the thread below:

Thank you so much for understanding.
August 17, 2016 at 4:16 pm #1135797OK, not ideal, but I get it. How about the second part:
Additionally, fonts {Impact, Charcoal, sans-serif} are not loading on mobile (at least not iOS.) Do I need to manually override the font-face CSS code?
August 18, 2016 at 1:00 am #1136326Hi there,
Another support here and a little confused which is the second part. Would you mind providing more details about it? It still the video or mobile visibility?
How did you declare Charcoal font? It’s not even available in google font, nor slider’s font list. If you didn’t added or embedded this font but works on desktop, it means the font is already installed on your system. Hence, not on mobile and it requires to a manual setup of font through @font-face.
Thanks!
August 18, 2016 at 12:04 pm #1137114The font family IS an option in the Slider settings. It appears to be called as an inline style. Yes, I have it installed on my desktop. I’ll add the font-face, but your information is slightly incorrect.
