X-Gods!
I know Rev Slider isn’t yours but you’ve been working with it for years so I was wondering if you could answer me a lil question?!
Riddle me this….
Q1) As you can see in screenshot slider-mobille-edit.jpeg on the left of an X site I have in beta, I usually have the option to adjust the sliders style when viewing from a mobile device – desktop etc. But in the site on the right hand side I don’t and my buttons are all over the place when viewing from a mobile. Any ideas where those little buttons have run off to?
Q2) Also while we’re on the subject of sliders in X if you check out screenshot transparent-bar.jpeg you’ll see that I’ve accidentally (admittedly) activated a pretty darn cool transparent bar in the slider but I cannot find where I can edit this when editing the slider for love nor money…. Any clues to point me in the right direction?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look ? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsQ1 is weird so we need to check your setup. Q2, it’s a slide layer so we need to see that slider too

Q1 To make those screensize buttons visible, please click Slider Settings > Enable both Tablet and Mobile custom Grid size. See attached screenshot.
Q2 I cannot access the first site, hence I cannot check which layer it is.
