cam2spParticipantI have a slider with a video layer on it.
I set the duration for the slider in 8s. The video is 10sec long. However, the slide only start counting the 8s, once the 10 sec long video is finished.
I searched for a configuration to fix that, but did not succeed. Could you please help me?
thanks

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s related to time-line setting. When you edit a slide, each of your layer as timing setting on the bottom. It’s where the “Drag Me” controller is available.
I created a duplicate of your existing slider 🙂 , please check the timeline and timing settings that I applied.
Thanks!

cam2spParticipantI believe the issue is related to videos only.
Please, take a look on the slider named slider_10.
On the first slide, there is only an image and the progress bar starts immediately as the slide is active.
On the second slide, there is an image and a video. The progress bar starts only once the video is finished.
On the third slide, there is a vimeo video. and the same occurs.
I deleted all videos from the library, and uploaded them again, but it did not change anything.
thanks

ChristianModeratorPlease give us the exact URL where you’ve setup the slider so we could see the issue. I’ve tried previewing the slider but your site has a problem with Mod_Security.
Thanks.

RadModeratorHi there,
Video layer is part of the slider, with its own API. Its’ not related to the cornerstone.
I checked and it’s more like related to rev. slider feature. From what version this works? Would you mind downgrading to that version?
I really can’t find what causes it, and there is no error at all. Ir’s probably an intentional feature for current version.
Thanks!

cam2spParticipantI wouldn´t mind downgrading…. but I do not know which version I was using. It was one before the last update, I believe.
Or maybe waiting for the next update if that is not too far away.
In the case of downgrade, could you please let me know how to do it?
thanks

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
You might be able to downgrade if you still have a copy of an older version of the plugin. You can simply login to your ftp and delete the revslider folder. You can re upload the older version of revslider back into your plugins folder. If you no longer have a copy of older version of the plugin, just watch out for an update. We will be releasing an update soon along with our X update release.
Hope this helps.
