    Yesterday my website went almost entirely blank. All text except my phone number was gone. Background images were there, but no other images displayed. No other headlines, buttons, or elements displayed on the page… No error message, just an empty page! I contacted my web host and they said the site seemed to be displaying fine.

    So it looks like my site content has returned, but without the Customizer styling for fonts. For example, the navigation area and h1 should show “Brandon Grotesque” when instead it’s displaying a system default font.

    I know that the issue is not with fonts loading properly, because buttons and custom text areas are still properly displaying Brandon Grotesque. However, headers and navigation items still show a default font.

    This doesn’t coincide with any plugin or theme upgrade. I haven’t touched anything on my website in over a month. I’m using the latest versions of X, Cornerstone, and WordPress. I’ve tested and found this issue in latest versions of Firefox and Safari on my laptop, as well as in Chrome on an Android device.

    I know CSS can be added, but that’s not what I’m looking for. I want to keep my code clean, and I’m looking for a solution to the underlying problem, not just a bandaid. Any advice would be much appreciated!

    Thanks for the suggestion, Rue Nel. I located and disabled the SuperCacher, but unfortunately it didn’t resolve my issue. Any other tips?

    Hi there,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    If the issue persists, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thanks for providing the information. I have check your site and it seems that there is this JS error:

    
    Typekit: the domain "imanijoy.com" isn't in the list of published domains for kit "mjn2sog".

    Typekit is in charge in displaying the text in your site but then it has some errors in it. Please do check if you have added the correct Kit ID. Your collection of kits can be found here in your Typekit account. Your <b>Kit ID</b> can be found next to each of your kit names. If you need guidance in setting up a kit, we recommend that you read through Typekit’s documentation here.

    Typekit ID was correct, and the domain/IP address was already published. But for some reason, refreshing the Typekit plugin did the trick! Thanks so much for figuring it out!
