    Hello! I have a site that has already been validated. I have just logged in to carry out some updates, and have the message that site needs to be validated in order to do automatic updates.

    I have logged into your system, and it definitely states the site is validated, so not sure what to do next?

    Any advice would be welcome.

    Hi – I have deactivated the licence and then reactivated, and it seems to be working now.
