    Could someone please tell me why my site is blank? I can access the backend admin but when I go to my site to look, there is absolutely nothing there. inklingdesignteam.com Any help would be appreciated. It is up to date on X and cornerstone.

    Hi Jack,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Well I got Godaddy to get my site back up. What happened with the new updates? Will it be happening again?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! We can’t really tell you what happened without checking the issue. As it’s already restored so we can’t check this anymore.

    However we always recommend to update on a staging server first and then implement on live server. That’s how you can check the issue ad fix them without interrupting the live site.
