    Hi Support,

    When I make a link to my theme x site on social media I get the image attached below.The thumbnail on the left is empty. Where can I insert a picture for the left thumbnail in theme x?

    Hello Anson,

    You may set favicon on Appearance > Customize > Site Icons. Although regarding meta tags, I can see that you have multiple OG URL.
    You can always test your site mark up here:https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
    You have 2 meta tags. Please remove the other one. It creates an error. See attached screenshot.

    Hi again,

    So how do I remove the meta tags and fix this? Sorry I am still learning web development.

    Also, I have already set up a favicon for my site. Why is there no left thumbnail image when I post to facebook?

    Hi Anson,

    Thanks for writing back. I guess you are referring the “Featured Image” by left thumbnail. You need to set featured image for the page/post to get that on social share. If you don’t have featured image then an image from page/post content might be pulled to show that.

    Regarding the meta tag, maybe you are using third party plugins that adding this. So you can check and deactivate them to get rid of this.
