    Hello — my site (http://mycoveraid.com) has been down for about a week. I built is using X Theme. I was wondering if this is something you all can help with, if it’s theme related. I’m unsure how to tell.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP Username and Password

    I tried to access your website but I am getting This site can’t be reached mycoveraid.org’s server DNS address could not be found. error message. Please contact your hosting or domain registrar tech support, which holds the name servers.
