Hi there,
I need some help with the theme. The site crashed 3 time these last 2 months. Deactivating the plugins we were able to put it back. This time we cannot. Switching the theme let us be able to connect. Do you have any suggestion ? we were using Integrity, woocommerce, and using wmpl for the site in french.

Please activate again X theme and cornerstone. Don’t forget to update the X theme and Cornerstone to the latest version. If still not working, please let us know and we will investigate the problem from there.

Is there a chance that you could create a staging site which is a clone of the current live site so that we could do the changes and check there without affecting the live site?

Not sure how that will help? you will not have access to the site? when the theme is activated, the access is not possible, see snapshot above. Could you send me a new theme file, it might work then?

This ecommerce site needs to be back online asap (eod). Please let me know if the actual X theme cannot be used/fixed anymore. Thanks!

Your site is back online again. Please make sure that everything is up to date. Most of the time, out dated WP, theme and plugins will create issues in your site.
Our latest versions are:
X Theme: 4.4.2
Cornerstone: 1.2.4You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Please be advised that X Shortcodes has been retired in X 4.0. I recommend that you deactivate and delete X Shortcodes 3.0.5 plugin. Please take note that X shortcodes 3.0.5 and its functionality has been consolidated into Cornerstone which you can install by going to X Addons > Extensions.
