Hi Guys –
This afternoon around 13:00 GMT; my website had an update on WordPress, XTheme, and a few Plugins.
After the update happened I went on the homepage to find a 404 error and the entire CSS is broken.
I was not sure what’s the issue. I tried to deactivate and re-activate all the plugins one by one. still no luck. I then activated the parent theme rather than the child theme and it seemed to have solved the issue instantly.
Could there be an issue with the Child Theme that’s causing this problem?
I have spotted that the theme version is saying 4.6.4 and when I click Check Now it still says my version is up-to-date.

Would you mind setting up a staging site and then perform the update there? This is so we can check your site without disrupting the live site. Do give us the link and credentials after putting up the staging site.

RiyaMarch 23, 2017 at 11:56 am #1417919Does this CSS make sense???
I found this in my child theme stylesheet
.x-face-outer.back li {
text-align: left;
horizontal-align: center;
}div.fkyqcvm {
left: -9999px !important;
position: absolute !important;
}
div.vindkos {
left: -9999px !important;
position: absolute !important;
}
div.pmgfrdb {
left: -9999px !important;
position: absolute !important;
}March 23, 2017 at 2:00 pm #1418061Hi There,
The first referes to the card element.
The other are some custom css that was added with classes added by the user created by him or a third party plugin.
It probably has a functionality if it is there, you can copy to a text file, erase and you will notice if something gets different, if not, you can remove, but keep this code backed up in any case.
Hope it helps
