genesistradersParticipantHi!
I am trying to create a “member portal” on our site.
This portal will be a set of pages that only the user can see once subscribed and then signed in.
I am attempting to set up the layout of the member portal using a sidebar widget.here is the link to the portal:
http://genesistraders.com/index.php/member-portal/and I will attach some pictures of 3 different sites with very similar style that I am trying to achieve.
these are sites that we use, but I cannot provide access to view the code. I am sure they are not even using wordpress though, so is it even possible? anything even remotely close would be fantastic. Also if you notice my sidebar widget is offset to the right a little bit. There is a gray space between the edge of the page and the sidebar, how can I remove that?
Thanks!

genesistradersParticipantor even having it appear similar to Themoco’s “Resources” on the left of the forums…thats similar to the look I am attempting to achieve. Is the Themeco site done with a sidebar? or is there a better way to go about this?

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in.
That’s possible with custom development with the help of some 3rd party plugin (like membership plugin). You’ll need a help from a developer since it’s complex one.
Thanks!

genesistradersParticipantHi Rad,
Thanks!
We purchased Restrict Content Pro, and AffiliateWP plugins for managing the members.
I will reach out to them and see if they are able to help configure my X Theme layout.February 18, 2017 at 12:33 am #1376006
RadModeratorYou’re welcome!
