    Hello team,
    Recently certain images have disappeared from my sidebar including my bio photo and others. The code is shown in the widgets area of the backend, but not showing on the actual website.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the information. I have checked your site and I could tell that you are using Jetpack plugin. You have activated the Photon module and this is what has caused the issue. Please deactivate this module and see the difference to your image. Before you re activate Photon module, please know first the limitations of this plugin. You can check it here: https://developer.wordpress.com/docs/photon/
