    Hi please help, I’ve scoured the forums to find a solution to my problem but come up short. I don’t want a sidebar anywhere on my site and even though I’ve changed all settings to Full Width, the stupid sidebar still appears in my life, I don’t think my settings are being saved in Customise? I’ve tried custom CSS but to no avail, please can someone assist before I go mad.

    Hi there,

    If you select Fullwidth layout from Customize > Layout and Design then you should not get any sidebar anywhere. If you think you already set that then, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
