Hi there – just went to copy the shortcode of icon list on the Ethos Shortcode page: http://theme.co/x/demo/ethos/1/shortcodes/icon-list/ and the code is not showing, but rather the end result of the code. I check a couple other shortcode demo pages and as well as a different theme and the same thing was happening.
Any idea what’s going on? Thank you!March 28, 2016 at 1:22 pm #855440Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! You can copy the Icon shortcode from here – http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/shortcodes/icons/
Those styles are just added with inline CSS on the shortcode.
Also Icon List is available on Cornerstone (http://prntscr.com/al7ihm) so you need to use shortcode as you can use this through Cornerstone element.
Cheers!
March 28, 2016 at 2:48 pm #855517Thanks for your response, however I am trying to point out that none of your shortcodes are showing up in the code boxes on the shortcode pages. Typically, you will list the shortcode in those grey boxes, however that is no longer the case. All that is showing is the sample result of the shortcode not the code itself.
Here’s another example: http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/shortcodes/callout/
I don’t use Cornerstone so that isn’t an option for me.
Do you know if this is going to be addressed?

None of the shortcodes are showing up. Below are examples of Buttons, Block grids, and Highlights. As you can see, no shortcodes – only the resulting images. It’s across the board, though. Not just for these examples or the ones ccwadsworth pointed out.
Love the theme, though. Hiccups like this happen, I guess. Thanks so much for your attention to this matter and all you do!

The shortcodes displays fine on my end (see attachments). Please check again. Also, could you tell us what browser are you using?
Thanks.
March 28, 2016 at 11:16 pm #856126They’re back up now. Several other users started a topic with the same issue (one example: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/shortcode-page-not-working/). Looks like it’s resolved and all is well with the world. 🙂
Thanks Themeco! Outstanding theme. For what it’s worth, I had tried Chrome, FireFox, Safari and tried deleting cache, etc. etc. etc. Looks like it was on Themeco’s end according to the post above, but they got it all sorted out quickly as usual.
March 28, 2016 at 11:29 pm #856135Our demo servers use page caching, so once we fixed it, it may have just been a little while before all those cached pages were updated.
