Hi,
I am trying to access the shortcodes but my browser is not reading the page right. I am using Google Chrome and also tried Internet Explorer. The shortcodes just do not show correctly.
Thanks

Thanks for letting us know. We’ve taken a look and have been able to correct this on our demo sites. Try refreshing the page now.

March 31, 2016 at 4:46 pm #861524Thank you, now how would I make a content band full-width on the page?
April 1, 2016 at 12:54 am #862088Hi there,
Thanks for updating. Are you using Cornerstone? The you can select the ROW and enable “Marginless Columns” and disable “Column Container” to get edge-to-edge full width – http://prntscr.com/amo1e4
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
April 1, 2016 at 12:45 pm #862850It deletes the codes I already had on the page and there is no “Content Band” in Elements.
April 2, 2016 at 12:52 am #863502Hello There,
When you use Cornerstone, there is no need to insert a content band. Once you insert a section, you will automatically have a row and a default 1 column. Simply find the row settings and disable it. You may need to insert your new content since Cornerstone cannot read your old VC contents.
If you still want to use the Visual Composer in creating your page, you need to edit the page in VC and click on the content band settings (http://prntscr.com/an3bw0). You must disable the inner container and remove the margin (http://prntscr.com/an3c6z).
Hope this helps.
