    Hello,

    I’m sorry after some uptades i loose the previous appearance of this website.. http://www.q21milano.com

    I set up a transparent background in every column and I added the background image in the customization panel.

    I don’t know why but it doesnt work like before.. do you have some ideas?

    Please install Cornerstone from X Addons -> Extensions and disable X shortcodes plugin.

    Hi,

    This issue related to a bug that appeared with VC 4.6.1. The fix will be included on the next release.

    For now, we can fix this by editing some of the theme files directly.

    Would you mind providing us with your ftp login credentials. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – FTP host
    – FTP username
    – FTP password

    You can get these details from your hosting provider

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    I’ve implemented the fix on your site. To confirm, we’ve updated a couple visual composer templates that were affected by the VC 4.6.1 update. The exact same fix will be in our next release when that rolls out, so you can safely update X later.

    On another note, I’m also seeing that the background image of your website is giving 404 not found error (http://nextparty.it/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Q21-sito-03.jpg).

    It shows background image path (http://nextparty.it/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Q21-sito-03.jpg) and it gives 404 error.

    Ok, got it and change it.

    It still remain a problem.. When u scroll the screen on mobile, a white bar appear below.. How can I remove it?

    i really don’t know how to do!
