Same here. Mac OS X and newest Firefox.
If I call a video I only see a black screen and a “empty” control. I can not press play.

I really need to fix this, as a lot of my clients are on Mac.
    Please……

    It’s really awful…..
We started to spread the new site around and in my stats I see over 40% of the visitors uses a OS X with firefox….

A fast solution would be really nice my friends.

    Hi Michael,

There is an error throwing when viewing your site at firefox and it’s related to ScrollSpy javascript. Have you enabled One page navigation and yet doesn’t use the correct menu?

We need to solve this before solving the video issue. As of this moment, your site shows blank on firefox because of this.

Would you mind providing an admin login?

    Thank you.

    Hi Guys,

    Thanks for the logins.

@patrick, your video works on my end (firefox). Though it takes longer to load. If you’re not using media server that supports video streaming then the browser will probably going to finish the video download before it plays it. And wait will surely longer on mobile devices.

@michael, same with patrick, video is longer to load and sluggish.

Would you mind providing a more detail of your test? like OS, verson, and more.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

I tried it on an iMac: OS X 10.6.8 and Firefox V30 with nearly no plug ins (fresh installation).
BTW: Same problem with your video (e.g.: Affiliate Marketing 101 (Self Hosted Video) http://theme.co/x/demo/renew/2/blog/)

    Thank you.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for this information.

After investigating, the video loads the flash version of the player instead of playing the html5 video. We will do further investigation about this bug, noted and forwarded.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

sounds you know what to do?
Please: We just launched the site and I noticed nearly half of my clients uses this combination.
Therefore it is really urgent (for me) to fix this.
No problem with a copy&paste script solution. But I really need to fix this.

    Thank you.

I’m getting some specific errors in Chrome developer tools Network tab:

    video.js.map/wp-content/themes/x/framework/js/vendor/bigvideo 404 Not Found

After that, my video download gets cancelled.
