I just downloaded the X theme… I would like to use this demo as a starting point but I am unsure which is the one to use. Please help, thank you.

Restaurant is a part of our expanded demo stacks offerings. You can import the demo content and use it as a starting point. To do that please navigate to X Addons > Demo Content and select restaurant from combo box then click on Setup Expended Demo: Restaurant.
