    Hi,

    I get the “Loading the preview took longer than expected. There may be script conflicts on this page.” – message on my Cornerstone. Any clue why this is?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! You may have experienced caching issue with the loaded scripts. That is why you have this notice: “Loading the preview took longer than expected. There may be script conflicts on this page.”. Please keep in mind that this is just a noticed and not a warning. You do not have to worry about this notice.

    I’d recommend that you clear your caching plugin, and disable it during development. This can cause Customizer changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.
