ChristianModeratorRTL doesn’t apply to the columns because it uses CSS floats. Please move the left or first column contents to the right and vice versa. Then follow this

Please use visibility option under section’s settings and hide current section on mobile. Duplicate the section, arrange column/contnet and hide it on desktop.
